Regional Qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championships
On November 12, 2019 an esteemed group of judges travelled from restaurant to restaurant as part of a drive-around event format. The chefs came both to compete for their chance to be on the podium and compete at the Canadian Culinary Championships.
