On Monday, October 28th, six chefs competed at the regional qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championship. It was a sold out boutique event at The Fairmont Winnipeg. The guests savoured the dishes and the well-chosen paired beverages as they enjoyed each other’s company as well as the incredible talent of Johnny Reid (Multi-Platinum selling, Juno Award-winning artist, producer and playwright) along with keyboardist Michael Shand and cellist Kevin Fox. The emcee, Jennifer Reid, A Woman Like You iHeart Media Podcast Host, guided the evening with expertise and style.

Chef Granados will go on to represent Winnipeg at the Canadian Culinary Championship on January 31 - February 1, 2025, in Ottawa
