St. John’s

On October 16, 2025, 200+ guests enjoyed a wonderful culinary gathering where they savoured the dishes of six competing chefs. They came together to elevate and celebrate Newfoundland’s incredible culinary talent and to ensure deserving youth in Newfoundland and Labrador have equitable access to music education and sport opportunities. The winner was Chef Lacey Coffin from Vu Resto Bar, who paired her dish with Mission Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon VQA 2022, West Kelowna, BC

Lacey will compete at the Canadian Culinary Championship, which will be held in Ottawa on January 30th and 31st, 2026. Click here for more information.
