On Wednesday, September 25th, six chefs competed at the regional qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championship.
It was a prestigious boutique event at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. The guests savoured the dishes and the well-chosen paired beverages as they enjoyed each other’s company. Emcee Sylvie Bigras gracefully guided the evening.
