In Montréal, the journey to Canada’s most celebrated culinary stage begins with an evening of elegance, artistry, and exceptional taste—an immersive exploration of the country’s finest flavours.
For our 20th anniversary, two chefs will represent Montréal at the national finals in Ottawa: a Chef of Distinction, selected by national judges, and one All-Star winner chosen from a group of past podium finishers competing live.
Guests will enjoy signature dishes from Montréal’s top chefs, paired with curated Canadian wines, beers, and spirits—an up-close culinary experience designed to inspire and excite.

Montréal to the National Stage
We are pleased to announce that Mathieu Cloutier, Canadian Culinary Champion in 2010, has been named Montréal’s Chef of Distinction, and will be one-half of the elite team representing Montréal at the Canadian Culinary Championship in Ottawa.
At the end of the evening, the winner of the competition will be announced. Together, they will take the podium as Montréal’s representatives at the national competition in January—united in showcasing the city’s spirit, creativity, and culinary excellence.
