On Monday, October 7th, four chefs competed at the regional qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championship. It was a prestigious boutique event at Le Mount Stephen. The guests savoured the dishes and the well-chosen paired beverages as they enjoyed each other’s company.

paired with a cocktail built around Acerum from Mitis Distillery

Chef François-Emmanuel Nicol will go on to represent Montréal/Québec at the Canadian Culinary Championship on January 31 - February 1, 2025 in Ottawa
