On October 29, 2025, guests enjoyed a wonderful culinary gathering where they savoured the dishes of five competing chefs. They came together to elevate and celebrate Montréal’s incredible culinary talent and to ensure deserving youth in Montréal have equitable access to music education. The winner was Isaël Gadoua from Restaurant Chez Jean-Paul in Montreal, who paired his dish with gin Menaud, developed in Quebec

Isaël will compete at the Canadian Culinary Championship, which will be held in Ottawa on January 30th and 31st, 2026. Click here for more information.
