It was an evening of celebration and elevation of Canadian culture in food, sport and music. Guests savoured the dishes of the city’s best chefs as they competed to be on the podium. The winner, Imad-Eddine Makraji will go on to compete at the Canadian Culinary Championship in Ottawa on February 3 and 4th, 2023.
