Regional Qualifier for the Canadian Culinary Championships



On November 12, 2019 an esteemed group of judges travelled from restaurant to restaurant as part of a drive-around event format. The chefs came both to compete for their chance to be on the podium and compete at the Canadian Culinary Championships.

Gold

Marc-André Jetté – Hoogan et Beaufort

Paired with Saison Bariquée from a collaboration of two breweries, Isle de Garde and Ma Brasserie.

Silver

Darren Rogers – Park

Paired with Hidden Bench Felseck Vineyard 2016 Chardonnay from Niagara.

Bronze

Olivier Vigneault – Jatoba

Paired with Benjamin Bridge NV Brut, Nova Scotia.
